a、 During the debugging process, if the temperature cannot be reduced, the main consideration is that the water quality is not clean. Rust and particulate matter will block the water supply control valve and nozzle, and the cooling water cannot be sprayed into the steam pipeline. Clean the water supply control valve and nozzle (remove them), or use compressed air to blow back and wash the particles clean.
b、 During operation, if the temperature cannot be reduced, the main consideration is whether the water quality is softened water or if the softening does not meet the standard, resulting in clogging of the small holes (nozzles) and the water supply control valve. Clean the water supply control valve and nozzle with hydrochloric acid (disassembled).
c、 The cooling water pump is malfunctioning or the cooling water pressure is too low.
a、 The main consideration is to use a steam flow rate that is too small and a pressure reducing valve that is too large.
b、 The main consideration is whether there are impurities inside the pressure reducing valve that cause jamming, making it unable to adjust.
c、 Is there any abnormality in the executing mechanism that prevents normal adjustment.
d、 The control instrument is abnormal, all valves are open, replace the regulator.
a、 The thyristor corresponding to the secondary pressure regulator is damaged, replace the secondary pressure regulator.
b、 If the actuator is faulty, check if it is damaged. For actuators controlled by forward and reverse signals, the following methods can be used: first disconnect the power supply, adjust the valve position to the middle position, connect the power supply to the actuator, and use a wire with a good insulation shell to power the reverse terminal of the actuator (i.e. the reverse terminal is connected to the phase wire), then the actuator will reverse (when the valve is reverse installed, it is forward), then disconnect the power supply to the reverse terminal, and power the forward terminal of the actuator (i.e. the forward terminal is connected to the phase wire)
