The basic types of DC1624D/E double-layer sleeve regulating valve are straight through valve body, balance valve core, and sleeve guided regulating valve, which are widely used in very harsh working conditions. The fluid is mainly regulated by a special drilling sleeve, which provides continuous guidance throughout the entire stroke of the valve core. The unique small hole design of the double-layer sleeve forms a multi-stage pressure reducing channel, effectively controlling the flow velocity and pressure distribution inside the fluid channel, especially for incompressible fluids, which can effectively solve the problems of cavitation and high noise caused by high pressure difference.
Except for the double-layer sleeve, all other parts can be interchanged with the DC1624 series regulating valve.
