2. The membrane cover is made of stamped steel, with a surface galvanized and painted for corrosion protection, making the paint less likely to peel off; The actuator bracket is made of cast steel or forged steel, with a sturdy and reliable structure;

3. The diaphragm is made of fluororubber, which has the characteristics of good resistance to aging damage, chemical attack and non deformation under continuous stress;

The push rod material is AISI420 surface extruded nickel plating treatment, with high smoothness and corrosion resistance; 4. 5. The guide liner material is made of aluminum bronze, which has good guidance and small deformation at low temperatures, ensuring good air chamber sealing;

6. The connection between the push rod and the bracket is sealed with an A-type sealing ring below to prevent the penetration of oil, sand, or dirt.


◆Application flexibility

All positive and negative components are interchangeable and interchangeable;

The installation position of the spring can be adjusted according to the stroke, and the aluminum tray cast as a whole has two installation positions: high and low, which are convenient for installation; Three, four, and six springs can also be installed to obtain different ranges of spring thrust;

Each specification of actuator has multiple stroke springs and can be installed with various valve diameters; There are two types of handwheel mechanisms: top mounted handwheels and side mounted handwheels. Especially for side mounted handwheels, they can be completely separated from the actuator, making installation very convenient;

The connection between the actuator and the valve adopts a pressure plate sleeve structure, which is easy to install and convenient to replace the packing on site.


◆Optional execution mechanism

Adjustable upward travel limit: used to limit the upward travel of the actuator; Adjustable downward travel limit: used to limit the downward travel of the actuator; Top mounted handwheel mechanism;

Side mounted handwheel mechanism; Low temperature and high temperature actuators: used for specific environmental temperatures; Low temperature actuator operating temperature: -60 ℃~70 ℃; High temperature actuator operating temperature: -20 ℃~100 ℃: actuator locking device: ensures that the actuator remains in the locked position during maintenance

(Same as the location of the actuator failure) Take over remote discharge: Natural gas or other hazardous gases can be used as the gas source for the actuator. In this case, the actuator box should be equipped with an exhaust device to avoid gas accumulation;

Other accessories are used for control circuits: positioners, air filter pressure reducing valves, solenoid valve limit switches, holding valves, speed reducers, amplifiers, pneumatic valves, etc.
