The basic types of DC1629L/D pilot operated low-noise regulating valve (which can be used for steam venting) are straight through valve body, pilot balanced valve core, low-noise or multi-stage pressure reducing low-noise sleeve regulating valve, which is used in very harsh working conditions. The fluid is mainly regulated by a specially drilled sleeve, which provides continuous guidance throughout the entire stroke of the valve core. The flow closure structure relies on the unbalanced force generated by the fluid flow closure to ensure the sealing of the valve core and achieve tight cutting when the valve is closed. The specially designed pilot balanced valve core only requires a small thrust to open the valve. The patented design of the all metal guide ring and metal hard seal can ensure that the leakage level V of GB/T4213 can be met under high temperature conditions of 566 ℃, and there is no actual temperature limit for use.
