DC3700 series are mainly designed for steam conditioning applications in the turbine bypass system. The DC3700 precisely controls steam flow, reduces pressure and cools down steam. The DC3700 Series can meet continuous operation with little maintenance due to the material of trim.In  the turbine bypass station, steam temperature must be reduced to protect  downstream components from high temperatures and pressures. This  achieved by multiple pressure reduction stages and by injecting the finest drops of cool feedwater into the steam flow with excellent adjustable ratio.These steam conditioning valves provide high- performance flow control and high-efficient integration.

Design features

Valve body

1. Forged valve body is welded with end and downstream integrated

desuperheater mixing pipe.

2. The size of the valve body is selected by different working

condition

3. Pressure class: ANSI Class 150-4500 or other special pressure

class

Bonnet

≤ANSI Class 600: Flanged bonnet

＞ANSI Class 600:Pressure self sealing bonnet

Trim

1. Cage guided, pilot balanced valve core

2. The first stage of decompression is realized by a special drilling

cage

Noise attenuator

1. 1-3 low noise cage structure

2. combination of noise attenuator and noise reduction orifice

3. The noise attenuator is usually welded with valve body. When

using a quickly exchangeable seat, noise attenuator can be

removed from the valve body cavity

Material

1Valve body and bonnet usually made of carbon and Cr-Mo alloy steel according to

The material of the limiphon disc combination under the temperature (>400℃) is

With DONGCHEN company’s packing of specially pure graphite system,

it can realizes bidirectional sealing and is applicable for vacuum sealing .
