Control valves series

Temperature and pressure reducing device series
Steam temperature and pressure reducing device is a type of device (pressure pipeline component combination) that reduces steam pressure and temperature to a specified value. Throttling and regulating high-pressure steam through a pressure reducing steam regulating valve to reduce steam pressure to production requirements; After atomizing the desorbed water, it is sprayed into steam for cooling. The amount of desorbed water is adjusted through a regulating valve to lower the steam temperature to the process requirements.
Bypass valve series
The DC3700 series bypass valve is the most common and compact steam temperature and pressure reduction solution for steam turbine bypass systems, including high-pressure and low-pressure bypasses.
Butterfly valves series
Adopting a three eccentric metal sealing structure, without mechanical wear and scratches, its closing torque is small, sealing performance is good, zero leakage can be achieved, and its service life is long. It also has two functions: adjustment and cutting. Suitable for industrial automation control systems in petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, and other industries.
Ball valves series
Two piece fixed ball valve, compared with floating ball valve, transmits all the force generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the ball in the pipeline to the upper and lower bearings during operation. The ball does not move, and the valve seal is achieved by the spring and medium pressure pushing the valve seat. The valve seat does not bear excessive pressure, so the torque is relatively small, the sealing performance is reliable, and the service life is long.
Flat gate valves series
High pressure flat gate valves are used in system conditions where the medium contains a large amount of impurities, and can automatically flush the impurities inside the valve chamber. Suitable for natural gas, petroleum, chemical and other transportation pipelines, used as an opening and closing and regulating device.
Blowdown valve
High temperature and high pressure boiler drain valves (also known as anti erosion drain shut-off valves) are widely used for continuous throttling control or intermittent discharge of boiler water. They are specially designed for the high pressure difference, high flow rate, and severe erosion characteristics of boiler water discharge conditions. They are divided into four structures: straight through, angle, Y-shaped, and series.
Cryogenic valve
Suitable for precise adjustment and cutting of ultra-low temperature media, with operating temperatures as low as -196 ℃, suitable for low-temperature devices such as ethylene, liquefied natural gas, air separation, and pressure swing adsorption oxygen production.
Pneumatic actuators
Commonly known as pneumatic head, also known as pneumatic actuator, the actuator and adjustment mechanism of pneumatic actuator are a unified whole, and its actuator includes diaphragm type, piston type, shift fork type, and gear rack and pinion type.
