Application

DC5812 series butterfly valve adopts three eccentric metal seal structure, no mechanical wear and scratch, its closing torque is small, good sealing, can reach zero leakage, long lifespan, and has two functions of adjusting and cutting off.  Suitable for petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industrial automation control system. 

Main Features

l  Triple eccentric structure, in the 90° full stroke movement process, sealing pair with 0 friction, no interference.  

l  The torque forces the sealing pair to produce elastic seal, which can achieve zero leakage and strict shutdown, conforming to GB/T26480, API598, API6D and other standards. 

l  The valve seat and ring are hardened with stellite for a wider range of applications, longer lifespan and less maintenance. 

l  The double bevel sealing surface structure ensures a more scientific and reasonable sealing Angle and reliable sealing performance. 

l  The monolithic cast body, with face-to-face dimensions to ISO 5752, ASME B16.10 and API 609 offers interchangeability with gate valves, plug valve and other valves for simpler and more flexible installation.

l  Elongated, hard-treated bearings with optional dust-proof construction ensure extra reliability. 

l  The valve stem features dual fly-out-protection Settings for extra safety and fully conform to API 609. 

l  Monolingual position indicator on stem and top-mounted flange ensures accurate disc position indication.
